COVID 19 Update

Hi Oxygen Crew! We hope you’re holding up alright in these crazy times and keeping your health in the highest priority. Currently, Oxygen is still open for business both online and in-store. Thank you so much to all of our customers who have still shopped with us, we are proud to supply essential health foods and products in these difficult times and your support means the world to us.

Our  team are constantly developing ways to improve our services in store and online and we have some new options and processes to make buying health products easier for our customers during this Pandemic. Effective immediately, we now offer:

1. Canberra based customers can enjoy SAME DAY DELIVERY for a flat rate of $6.95. Simply select this option at checkout or call our store on 0262488897 to place your order. Orders must be placed before 2pm and deliveries will be made between 4pm and 8:30pm. We’ll be operating ‘no contact delivery’ so no signature is required, you can leave your delivery request in the order notes!

2. We are offering a Free Click and Collect option at our Majura Park store, simply select this at checkout and mention in your order notes when you plan to come in.  Our staff will have prepared your order sanitised, and with gloves on, all you have to do is collect your order from the front of our store.

3. All online orders nationwide will now have a packing report named and signed by the Oxygen Member who sanitised and packed your order.

All other additional sanitisation processes remain in place and of the highest standard.

Although many of our supplier prices have increased, we are doing everything in our power to keep prices down and so far we are proud to have been successful in this.

We would like to stress that there are many reasons beyond our control that these options may have to change and adapt to the ever evolving COVID-19 Pandemic but we will do everything we can to provide you with the essentials so long as it is permissible and safe to do so.
