At Oxygen Nutrition, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the details below so you know exactly how our shipping works.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods (such as sales, holidays, or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Want free shipping? Spend over $120 and receive free standard shipping on us!

Orders under $120: $12.90 flat rate standard shipping (per order).

Express shipping: $19.90 flat rate (per order).

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 3 - 7 business days (metro areas may be faster).

Express Shipping: 1 - 3 business days (depending on your location).

Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Please note: these are estimated timeframes provided by carriers and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather events).

Shipping Protection

For added peace of mind, you can select Shipping Protection at checkout.

This protects your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

If your parcel is affected, our team will arrange a replacement or store credit once your claim is approved.

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, Oxygen Nutrition is not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after dispatch.

Once the parcel is delivered, responsibility passes to you. Please consider using Shipping Protection if you choose this option.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit and you purchased Shipping Protection, please contact our Customer Care team to lodge a claim. Claims for missing parcels must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date. 

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
