Returns & Exchange Policy
At Oxygen Nutrition, we want you to absolutely love your products. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase. This policy explains when returns and exchanges are available, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If you need to make a return, our team is here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Simply contact us via our website contact form, call us on 02 6290 6635, or reply to your order confirmation email.
Returns
Our return period lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside this timeframe.
To qualify, items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
For change of mind returns, postage costs are your responsibility. You must provide proof of lodgement, including a photo of the package and the tracking receipt. As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring the return arrives safely, as we are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Opened or used products
Clearance or “Reduced to Clear” items
Gift cards
Free promotional items
Products returned due to flavour, texture, or personal taste preference
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product is deemed faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or store credit.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue.
If required, you may be asked to return the faulty product back to us before compensation is provided.
In these cases, return postage costs will be covered by Oxygen Nutrition.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Once your return is received and approved, our team will process your exchange.
Approved exchanges will be fulfilled as either a replacement product, or a store credit of equal value. Store credits are valid for three years.
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once your return has been received.
Shipping costs and insurance are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of:
Significant supplier or shipping delays
Clerical errors (e.g. pricing, product information, stock availability)
Events outside our control (e.g. natural disasters)
Clearance Items
Please note: Clearance and “Reduced to Clear” items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
If your product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
Remedies may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
