Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy + Electrolytes provides 5g of amino acids, 100mg of caffeine from natural sources (coffee bean and/or tea leaf) and electrolytes per serve. Commonly used around training or throughout the day.

• 100mg caffeine per serve from natural sources (coffee bean and/or tea leaf)
• Electrolytes per serve (when taken with at least 300ml of water)
• Mix and consume anytime an energy and amino boost is needed
