Altered State V3 by Altered Nutrition is a pre-workout featuring a tiered caffeine dosing system, allowing you to adjust your intake based on tolerance and training intensity. Formulated with a range of pump, focus and endurance ingredients including L-Citrulline, Agmapure, Alpha-GPC and Huperzine-A.

• Tiered caffeine system: 250mg (1 scoop), 375mg (1.5 scoops) or 500mg (2 scoops)
• 5,000mg L-Citrulline per scoop, commonly used to support blood flow during training
• 1,500mg Agmapure, commonly used to support muscle fullness and vascularity
• Three-source caffeine blend for fast-acting and sustained energy
• 5,000mg L-Tyrosine, commonly used to support focus and mental drive
• 400mg Alpha-GPC (98%), commonly used to support cognitive function and mind-muscle connection
• Huperzine-A, commonly used to support mental clarity during training
• Pine Bark Extract, commonly used to support post-exercise recovery
• Smooth energy profile with no crash formula
• Available in Blue Gummy Shark, Tornado Ice Block and Goldy Juice
• Mix 1 to 2 scoops with water 15 to 30 minutes before training. Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24-hour period.
