ATP Science - Performance Hydration

ATP Science Performance Hydration is an electrolyte and amino acid formula, commonly used to support hydration and training endurance as part of a regular routine.

• Electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium): the core minerals lost through sweat during exercise, commonly used to support fluid balance and normal muscle function
• Amino acids: included alongside the electrolyte profile, playing a role in muscle function and recovery
• Herbal ingredients: a blend of botanical extracts traditionally used to complement hydration and wellbeing formulas
• No artificial colours or flavours, naturally sweetened
• Gluten free

Directions for use:

Mix 1 sachet of Performance Hydration in 500 mL to 1000 mL of cold water. Product may settle, re-shake as required. Maximum 1 sachet recommended per day.
