EHP Labs Hectic Pre Workout is a high-stimulant pre-workout formula delivering 400mg caffeine anhydrous per two scoops, commonly used by experienced gym-goers to support training intensity and focus.

• Caffeine Anhydrous (400mg per two scoops): a stimulant commonly used to help support alertness and energy before training, roughly equivalent to four strong espressos
• L-Citrulline (6000mg per serve): an amino acid found naturally in watermelon, commonly used in pre-workouts to help support blood flow and training performance
• Beta-Alanine (5000mg per serve): an amino acid commonly used to help support muscular endurance during high-intensity training
• Alpha GPC (200mg per serve): a choline compound commonly included in nootropic and pre-workout formulas to help support focus and mental sharpness
• Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum, 300mg per serve): a plant extract traditionally used to help support mood and a calm sense of focus as part of a regular routine
• High-stimulant powder format

Directions for use:

For experienced users, mix 2 scoops of Hectic Pre Workout with 12oz (350mL) of cold water in a shaker bottle, and consume immediately.

Otherwise, mix 1 scoop with 6oz (180mL) of water. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.

Store in a cool, dry place. Consume within 40 days of opening seal.
