OxyShred Hardcore by EHP Labs is a thermogenic formula evolved from the original OxyShred, formulated with vitamins, minerals and scientifically selected active ingredients. 40 serves per tub.

• On training days: mix 1 scoop with 295ml (9 ounces) of cold water and consume 10 minutes before your workout
• On rest days: take 1 scoop on an empty stomach with the same amount of water
• Do not exceed 1 scoop in a 24-hour period. Wait at least 20 minutes after consuming before eating or drinking other foods including protein shakes.

This product contains caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those sensitive to caffeine. Always read the label and follow directions for use. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
