Emrald Labs Pre Shred is an Australian-made thermogenic pre-workout formula containing L-Carnitine, L-Tyrosine, Caffeine, L-Theanine, Green Tea Extract, Green Coffee Extract, Alpha-GPC and Juniper Berry Extract. Fully transparent ingredient label.

• L-Carnitine, commonly used as part of a training and nutrition routine
• L-Tyrosine, commonly used to support focus and alertness
• Caffeine for energy during training
• L-Theanine, commonly paired with caffeine
• Green Tea Extract and Green Coffee Extract
• Alpha-GPC, commonly used to support cognitive function
• Juniper Berry Extract
• Available in Watermelon Snow Cone, Blue Crush, Bubblegum Grape and Pineapple Splice
• Note: if new to thermogenic supplements, start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Sodium and potassium may vary across flavours.
• Take 1 scoop with 400ml of water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If using as a pre-workout, mix 1 scoop with 400ml of water 20 minutes before training.

This product contains caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those sensitive to caffeine. Always read the label and follow directions for use. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
