Cream of Rice

Emrald Labs Cream of Rice is a complex carbohydrate powder delivering up to 38g of carbohydrates per serve. Easy to digest and gluten-free, commonly used as a pre or post-workout carbohydrate source or quick breakfast option.

• Add 50g (1 scoop) to a bowl with 200ml of water, mix well and microwave for 1 to 1.25 minutes, stirring every 45 seconds until thickened. Allow to cool before consuming.
