Post-Mass is Emrlad Labs' premium mass gaining supplement. This product was designed to help individuals get the extra calories needed to build muscle.

Unlike various mass gainers on the market, Post-Mass does not use cheap and simple sugars to increase its calories. Instead, the carbohydrates used are complex Maltodextrin, Sweet Potato, Chia Seed Flour, and Flaxseed. The product boasts 119g of carbohydrates per serve but only 15g of sugar. Furthermore, fibre has been added via Psyllium Husk, ensuring that the sugar is absorbed slowly which helps improve blood sugar levels. A minimal amount of Fat (4.5g) per serve has also been added from quality sources: Coconut Oil and MCTs.

Creatine monohydrate has also been added to help improve strength output during exercise by keeping the muscle cell hydrated, thus increasing ATP production. Creatine monohydrate is commonly stacked with mass gainers so the logical thing to do was to add a dose to this powerful mix of ingredients.
