Emrald Labs Sleep Aid is a powder formula commonly used as part of a post-training recovery or pre-sleep routine. Available in a range of flavours. Note: all flavours contain milk except Mango and Macadamia.

• Add one scoop with 300 to 500ml of water and sip. Can be used after training for recovery or right before bed.
