International Protein Extreme Carbs is an advanced carbohydrate formula containing 76.1g of carbohydrates per 80g scoop from a blend of rapid and slow-digesting carbohydrate sources. Commonly used to support glycogen replenishment after training.

• Blend of rapid and slow-digesting carbohydrate sources
• Mix 80g with 200 to 400ml of water immediately after training. Recommended serving size is 1.0 to 1.5g per kg bodyweight.
