Herbs of Gold Sea Buckthorn Oil is an AUST L listed (401500), vegan and organic supplement containing Sea Buckthorn fruit and seed extracts providing Omega-3 (65mg), Omega-6 (50mg), Omega-7 (150mg) and Omega-9 (90mg) per capsule. Contains sulfites.

• Sea buckthorn fruit extract 400mg per capsule (from fresh fruit 29.6g)
• Sea buckthorn seed extract 100mg per capsule (from fresh seed 7.4g)
• Omega-3 65mg, Omega-6 50mg, Omega-7 150mg, Omega-9 90mg per capsule
• Vegan and organic formulation, AUST L 401500 certified
• Contains sulfites
• Adults and children over 12: take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional
