Koda Energy Gels deliver 29.8g of quick-release carbohydrates per gel alongside sodium and potassium electrolytes. Available with or without 80mg of caffeine. Designed for use during endurance and high-intensity exercise.

• Consume 1 gel 10 minutes before training or your event
• Calorie guidance: every 20 min = approx 350 cal/hr; every 25 min = approx 290 cal/hr; every 30 min = approx 234 cal/hr; every 45 min = approx 175 cal/hr
