Mad Science Mad Recovery is an all-in-one training formula combining carbohydrates, essential amino acids, creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine, HMB and electrolytes in a single scoop, commonly used as part of a training routine.

• Essential Amino Acids (EAA): all nine essential amino acids the body cannot produce on its own, totalling 4000mg per serve
• Creatine Monohydrate: one of the most researched and widely used ingredients in sports nutrition
• L-Glutamine: one of the most abundant amino acids in the body, commonly included in training-focused formulations
• HMB: a compound derived from the amino acid L-Leucine, commonly included alongside EAAs in training-focused formulations
• Electrolyte blend of Magnesium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate and Himalayan Salt
• 15g carbohydrate per serve from Maltodextrin and Dextrose
• 27.5g scoop, mixed with 600ml water
• 30 serves per tub
