OCD Nutrition Gates of Hell is an extreme pre-workout delivering 475mg of caffeine per 2 scoops, 8000mg of L-Citrulline, 2000mg of L-Tyrosine, a hydration and electrolyte complex. Low sugar and low calorie. Designed for experienced lifters.

• 8000mg L-Citrulline per serve, commonly used to support blood flow during training
• 2000mg L-Tyrosine per serve, commonly used to support focus during training

• Mix 2 scoops (23.5g) with 1.5L of cold water and consume 15 to 30 minutes before training. New users start with half to 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 2 scoops daily.

This product contains very high levels of caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those sensitive to stimulants. Assess tolerance before use.
