Optimum Nutrition Pre-Workout Amped is a high-stimulant pre-workout formula containing Caffeine, L-Citrulline, Beta-Alanine, electrolytes and Spearmint Extract. Zero sugar. Mix three scoops (18g) in 300 to 360ml of water and consume 15 to 30 minutes before physical activity.
