Rule 1 R1 PreLIFT is a 25-ingredient pre-workout formula featuring 6 patented or licensed ingredients including Senactiv, BioPerine, CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, Infinergy Di-Caffeine Malate and zumXR Caffeine (extended-release). Commonly used to support energy, focus and training performance.

• 25 active ingredients per serve
• Senactiv per serve, commonly used to support energy production and recovery
• BioPerine per serve, commonly used to improve nutrient absorption
• CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine per serve, commonly used as part of high-intensity training routines
• Infinergy Di-Caffeine Malate per serve for smooth sustained energy
• zumXR extended-release Caffeine per serve for sustained focus
• Mix 1 scoop with 240 to 360ml of cold water 20 to 30 minutes before training. Start with half a scoop or less to assess tolerance.

This product contains caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those sensitive to caffeine. Assess tolerance before use.
