Rule 1 R1 Protein is a 100% whey isolate and hydrolysate formula with a Protein Purity Percentage (PPP) of up to 87%. No whey concentrates, creamers, gums, amino spiking or diluting agents. Add one scoop to 240ml of cold water and stir or blend. Note: weight may vary slightly between flavours.
