Switch Nutrition Multi Mag is a magnesium supplement providing 320mg of elemental magnesium per serve from six bioavailable forms, with added Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and Zinc, commonly included in recovery and rest routines.

• Six forms of magnesium (320mg total): citrate, glycinate, malate, taurate, bisglycinate, and aspartate
• Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and Zinc: co-factors commonly included in magnesium supplement formulations
• Commonly used to assist in reducing and relieving muscle cramps as part of a regular routine
• 30 serves per container
• Directions for use: mix one level scoop (approx. 10g) with 300-500ml of cold water. Suitable for post-workout use or before bedtime
