Wholesome Bowl Instant Protein Noodles are a baked, high-protein noodle product providing 17g of protein per pack, commonly used as a convenient, higher-protein alternative to standard instant noodles.

• Directions for use: place noodles in a bowl. Add flavouring and vegetable sachets provided. Add 500ml of boiling water. Microwave for 3–5 minutes depending on preferred softness. Stir and enjoy
